Rolling and dull contrast in imagery Impressive scenes as Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt, speaking before 8,000 members of the llinois Federation of Professional and Women's Clubs, urges women throughout the nation to aid the destitute unemployed by co-operating with local unemployment committees in their fund raising efforts. ("If you women are willing to do things because it's going to help their neighbors, I think we'll win out. We'll win out not because of a goverment, not even because of out leaders but because of a people we had a vision and we worked for it and seen it through - Thank you".)
