Shaky, contrast is light, dull and a little jumpy in imagery Speeding from Geneva, delegated by the Supreme Council to the scene of the sine Japanese hostilities, the diplomats are welcomed by Mayor Angelo Rossi. Count Luigi Marescotti of Italy; General Henri Claudel of France; Lord Lytton of England; Dr. Heinrich Schnee of Germany; and Major General Frank Mccoy of the United States depart on the President Coolidge for the Eastern Front to arbitrate the differences of the two peoples, confident that their intercession will stop the war flames that are kindling hatred and ravaging cities in China.
