He speaks passionately about the black community. "I understand why there is no deep concern or hearing cry to straighten it out, because tomorrow's city's affair is basically a black affair. And the attitudes and ideas permeate from City Hall and from the highest walks of life throughout this community. It's just a bunch of niggers, let them fight over it. Now for those of us who are concerned about it, and for those of us who must deal with it day in and day out, we say to you that it is more than just a bunch of niggers. It is a problem that permeates government throughout the city. And it is a problem that must be solved by the people of the city. And its a problem that the media itself can set for the answers".
