Story begins at an inactive intersection in a city. One car passes by the camera. There are two city type buildings in the background. Shot from inside a park where trees form a natural frame for a building in the distance. The building is washed-out by the sun and too far away to really make a difference. Then some interesting shots of people fishing from a pier. People are set up on the edge of the pier with their buckets and poles. Behind the pier is a busy street with constant traffic. On the other side of the street there is a large factory with smoke coming out of the smokestack. The story is entitled Weather, I'm assuming its fall. The people are wearing light jackets and the sky is gray. Good shot of an African-American man casting fishing line off the pier. A different man does the same.
