Hearings involving the Surgeon General. There is no audio until the end, but there is good footage of individuals being questioned. The story begins with a balding man with a mustache seated in front of a microphone and speaking. Shot of different man seated reading documents in front of him. Smoke from a lit cigarette passes through the air. Shot of a thin man in uniform seated at the end of a long table. CU of this man telling his side of the story. He is a very animated speaker. View of three men seated patiently. One man pulls pen from his pocket. CU of a man with thick jet black hair and matching eyebrows. The audio finally comes in and we find out that this man is a doctor who has testified at this hearing. He is speaking of the dangers of non-phosphate detergents and how harmful they can be to young children.
