Good crowd footage of midwestern folks in Youngstown Ohio waiting for George McGovern to pass by on his campaign tour. Crowd. Many people have gathered, most of them have their backs facing the camera. There are these three African-American boys who keep on riding their bikes and walking into the camera's view. It is obvious that they are more interested in the camera crew than the election campaign. One boy has an afro hairstyle with a comb embedded in the back. Camera zooms in on a Caucasian woman who holds a sign that reads "McGovern". Camera pulls back to show reporter as he gives his station identification.
