Hugh Corrigan, "A limitation of appointments prevented us from naming all those individuals who have valid and excellent input to make regarding the development of a criminal justice plan for Cuyahoga County. My intention - to see that those people who represent neighborhood organizations and other such affiliations, have a way of giving us their recommendations and experience. I want those people to come forward and serve on the many committees that will be needed to carry out this plan. Without that input, we fail in our obligation to seek all the avenues of concern and expertise and as a results the criminal justice system will not improve."
