It looks like the carnival has come to town for the folks of Berea Ohio. The footage begins with people milling about a local carnival or fair. People walk through the main strip where venders, booths and games line the path. Image captures the essence of midwestern America in the early 1970's. Brief shot of Ferris wheel cars going around and around. POV subjective shot from inside Ferris wheel car looking down over the carnival scene. Shot of male carny operating carnival ride. He stares at the camera or into space; it is difficult to tell which one. The man seems to blend into his surroundings. Shot of cotton candy stand where a young girl is about to spin the sugary goodness onto a stick.
