MS as Ohio congressman Lou Stokes is interviewed at an unidentified political event. Crowds of people mill about in the background. Stokes talks about the black vote in his state. It had been announced that presidential candidate Senator George McGovern received 96 votes from the African-American community. It was later discovered that 17 of the votes were counted incorrectly. Stokes goes on to say that this inaccuracy did not effect the final results.
