Segment begins with CU of reporter standing in front of a police building. Camera pulls back to reveal the exterior of the building and three white police cars. (Cars are outrageously 1970's) Reporter interviews an officer named Bob. They are standing in a room with large amounts of tires stacked behind them. Bob expains what will be sold at the auction: TVs, record players, tape players, tires and bicycles. Back to a shot outside the building. CU of emblem on the police car, pull back to reveal building facade and reporter.
