Interview with a white haired lietenant from the Cleveland Police Department. He stands on a pier at a marina, you can see boats docked behind him. He talks about the recovery efforts involved in finding a crashed plane. The plane crashed into the lake making the recovery a bit more challenging. He talks about the wind, the tempurature and the visability conditions. He claims that the visability is so poor that divers were not able to see a thing. The new idea is to send out tolling boats that would attempt to snag the pieces of the plane with giant hooks. This effort seems to be successful, for they had already recovered one of the engines.
