ON PREVIEW CASSETTE #991575 A press conference is being held in the office of Charles F. Kurfess, state representative for Ohio. Kurfess is seated at his desk surrounded by paperwork, clutter and a bust of Abraham Lincoln. General views of Kurfess talking and reporters taking notes. Kurfess says what's important is that employees know that they will share in the growth of state revenues, that this is more important than the amount involved. Political spin.
