ON PREVIEW CASSETTE #991575 Interview with a police dispatcher. Dispatcher stands outside of a typical suburban home, with a microphone in front of him. (reporter is not seen) He has that great 1970's look about him, afro hair, shades and white shirt with white tie. Shot of reporter asking about the relationship between the dispatch communication center and the patrolmen out on the street. Interviewee responds by saying the relationship is very poor. The reporter asks what kind of solution is needed. Interviewee responds by saying a complete overhaul is necessary. As the two are speaking, there are little kids behind them entering the house.
