United Kingdom. Ethics. Magnificent street scenes in London, as the story unfolds, amidst signs of "Black Menace", and "Keep Britain White". Tender and entertaining story of a young white boy and a little black girl who become friends, have adventures in London together, and while playing in an abandoned building cause both black and white to come together in a rescue for the common good. Racism, race relations.
