Space Shuttle Flight STS-71 Mission Highlights
Video highlights of the international cooperative Shuttle/Mir mission of the STS-71 flight. Prelaunch, launch, shuttle in orbit, in-orbit rendezvous & docking of Mir Space Station to Atlantis Space Shuttle. Mir 19 crew accompanied the STS-71 crew to replace Mir 18 crew. On-board footage from Mir Space Station of Mir 18 crew engaged in hardware testing & maintenance, medical & physiological tests. Spacewalk by Mir 18 Cosmonauts. After docking, several mid-deck physiological experiments are performed. The 100th US manned launch.
