Question: Did he feel, meaning Mr. Heymann, as if Mr. Nussbaum had interfered with the Justice Department's efforts? Answer: No, he didn't. He, in fact, said specifically he did not think that he had, interfered but that other people were upset about it and that he thought it could lead to problems and he had to talk to Bernie about it.
